As an Assistant Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for assisting the commis chef in preparing food, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and contributing to a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the commis chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and international food cultures is a plus.
