PT Tiara Agung Pratama is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow our client base, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

With a competitive salary of Rp 350,000 - Rp 500,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in business development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our client base.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations across Bali.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
