📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers.
• Analyze and report on receivables data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to customer payments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the sales team on credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Certification in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus.
