📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and customize HubSpot tools to meet the specific needs of our marketing and sales teams.
• Manage and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot's features and functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze HubSpot performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and sales automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing and sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
• Certification in HubSpot Content Marketing, Inbound, or a related certification.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
