📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Possession of a relevant culinary qualification or certification.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
