📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions.,Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.,Assist in the administration of the tutoring center, including student enrollment and scheduling.,Collaborate with tutors to develop and implement new teaching methods and strategies.,Assist in the evaluation and grading of student work.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring or teaching.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Enthusiasm for working with children and young adults.,Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.
