📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and assets.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
