📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
