In this role, you’ll spend your days behind the counter, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes. You’ll also be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring our customers leave satisfied and eager to return. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our café’s reputation for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes, using high-quality beans and premium equipment.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every guest.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in stock management, including restocking coffee supplies and other necessary items.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or server role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia, depending on customer demographics.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
