📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to ensure optimal efficiency.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and improvements.,Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
