📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback from employees.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
