PT Pilar Jaya is looking for a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and employees. As a Security Guard, you will be the first line of defense, responsible for maintaining a secure environment and responding to any security threats or emergencies. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and alerts.,Patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and detect potential security threats.,Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.,Enforce security policies and procedures, including visitor management and access control.,Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities.,Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized security post or office.,Work with other security personnel to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not required).,Ability to use security equipment such as metal detectors, door alarms, and CCTV systems.,Good judgment and decision-making skills in emergency situations.
