PT Indah Sinergi is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases,Manage inventory levels and restocking,Ensure the shop is clean and well-organized,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Work with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems
