📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.,Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice and support on various business projects.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to junior team members.,Monitor and report on tax risks and opportunities, providing insights to senior management.,Assist in the preparation of tax-related presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax analysis, preferably in a multinational or international environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian and international tax laws and regulations.,Proficient in tax software and tools, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
