Sentosa Banking is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our training initiatives align with our organizational goals and improve overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training personnel as needed.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
