📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-quality dialysis treatment to patients according to established protocols and guidelines.,Monitor and assess patients' health status, including vital signs, fluid and electrolyte balance, and access site condition.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate treatment plans.,Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes, vital signs, and any complications.,Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and self-care measures.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to dialysis treatment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.,Experience in dialysis treatment, preferably in a hospital or dialysis center setting.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge in kidney disease and dialysis treatment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often with multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
