As a Business Development & Sales Intern, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to develop and execute sales strategies, build B2B partnerships, and manage travel logistics. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, gain hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace, and make a tangible impact on our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain B2B partnerships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate travel logistics, including itinerary planning, booking, and coordination with vendors.
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and business proposals.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
• Contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures related to sales and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Proven interest and knowledge in B2B sales, business development, or travel logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about making a positive impact and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
