📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain our ERP and facility management systems, including SAP, Oracle, FMIS, and CMMS.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and resources.
• Implement and monitor facility maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of facility managers and support staff.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility management documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in operational efficiency and excellence.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of facility management software such as FMIS and CMMS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
